Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup Green beans, chopped
- 2 tbsp Peppery curry paste, see recipe
- 5 cup Cooked long-grain rice
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce.
how to:
1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion & stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the garlic & continue to stir-fry for a few minutes, until both are golden.
2. Add the beans & curry paste & stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the rice & soy sauce & stir-fry until hot through, be careful not to overcook. Serve with the garnishes.
