- 2 cup Sweet corn kernels
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Yellow curry paste
- 3 tablespoons rice flour
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 t Salt
- 3 tbsp Wheat flour
- 2 cup Vegetable oil

- 4 tbsp Water
- 1/4 cup Sugar

- 1/4 cup Peanuts
- 1/4 cup Cucumber, thinly sliced

- 1 t Coriander seeds
- 8 Dried chilies
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 t Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground cloves
- 1 tbsp Chopped lemon grass
- 2 tbsp Chopped shallots
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp Yellow curry powder.
