Ingredients:
for To prepare the dough
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 water
- 1 tsp salt
for filling
- 500g Minced meat
- 700g Finely chopped onions
- 1/4 vagitabel oil(oliv oil)
- salt(As desired)
- 1/2 tsp black pepar
- 1 egg
how to make:
- To prepare the dough: Mix flour with salt and add water until you have a slightly soft paste
- Remove the dough by shobak and then cut it into circles
- to prepare the filling: keep pot to medium heat than add oil than put onion keep it until come brown color
- than add minced meat, salt, black pepar.
- than cook meat until cooked well. finish cooking remove from fire.
- than Place a tablespoon of filling on the dough and close it tightly.
- Brush the face of the dough with the egg whip, and then bake it in the oven until it turns brown. finish and ready yaghmush for eating.
