INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Pce Cinnamon stake
- 5 Pce cloves
- 4 Pce cardamon pods
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 500 g lamb W/ bones
- 2 cups soaked wheat grains
- melted ghee oil
- grinded sugar or honey
how to make:
- In a pot with 3 liters water on high heat, add spices strainer (with cinnamon, cardamom pods, cumin seeds, and cloves), lamb meat with bones, and cook for 1 hour.
- Remove spice strainer and bones from meat.
- Add 2 cups of soaked wheat grains and cook for 2 hours. However, keep checking every 15 minutes to avoid the wheat from sticking.
- Keep smashing wheat with a spoon till smooth. If not smooth, use hand blender to make smooth.
- Serve hot in a bowl, drizzle ghee oil on top, and sprinkle either fine sugar or honey according to taste.
