Ingredients:

  • method:
  • Bring the chicken, so wash it thoroughly with water and salt until all the fat on it is removed,And remove the skin to get rid of the fat under it (optional),There are many people who like fat while eating chicken.
  • Put the chicken in a bowl, add salt, leave it for at least half an hour.

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste.
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
  • 1 tbsp oil.
hot shesh Tawak:
  • 1/4cup red hot sauce(tabasko or sattah)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
  • 1/2 teaspoon from all one by one,(cumin, coriander, paprika, black pepper, white pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, ground cloves and cloves).
  • 1 tbsp vinegar.
  • 1 tbsp lemon squeez.
  • salt.
  • 1/2 cup yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup.
  • 2 tablespoon BBQ sauce.
  • 3 cloves garlic.
Chinese:

  • salt and black peppar.
  • 2 tablespoon thyme.
  • 1/4 cup vinegar.
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika.
Tips:
  • Mix all ingredients in the blender for a smooth, smooth mixture to absorb the flavor well.
  • The higher the time of seasoning, the better the taste of chicken, so prefer to season the chicken before cooking by night.
