Ingredients:

  • 150g of red chili 
  • 75g of cherry tomatoes 
  • 100g of shallots
  • 50g of garlic cloves
  • 5 pecan nuts
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • shrimp paste (as desired)
  • oil to fry

how to make:

  1. The first step, heat the oven, then bake all ingredients except coconut sugar, shrimp paste and oil for about 15 minutes or until the aroma comes out into the air.
  2. Then grind the ingredients until smooth but not too smooth. (use a food processor for very effective results).
  3. Then in a skillet, heat cooking oil, saute the fine ingredients in vegetable oil for a few minutes, then add brown sugar and shrimp paste. 
  4. Next Continue stirring until the liquid evaporates and the color turns dark. that's how it's done, it's a recipe for chili sauce.
