Ingredients:
- 6 red bird’s eye chillies, thinly sliced
- 6 green bird’s eye chillies, thinly sliced
- 8 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 riped tomatoes, deseeded, diced
- 6 lemon cui or kalamansi lime, squeezed
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chopped or lemon basil leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredient in a glass bowl, set aside and refrigerated
- injoy dabu dabu sambal
