Ingredients:
- for 30pcs
- 400g glutinous rice
- 250ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp salt
how to make:
- cook rice, coconut milk and salt in a rice cooker or steam the rice till half cooked.
- fill in half cooked rice into ketupat pouch and warp accordingly.
- boiled ketupat in hot water over low heat for 1-2 hours.
- drain and let in cool down for several hours before serve.
