ruz bukhari recipes/ rice bukhari

just rice bukhari recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups rice basmati (longer rice)
  • 1 tsp jafran
  • 1/2 raisin
  • 4 tbsp Margarine
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 onion slices
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger(make paste)
  • 10 cardimon pods
  • 4 Laurel paper
  • salt to test
  • 4 1/2 water
method:
  • Under cold water, wash the rice several times and then soak it in warm water for 30 minutes.
  • In a small dish place saffron and raisins, leave it a few minutes until the raisins sprout.
  • In medium saucepan, heat the ghee and the oil on medium heat. Bring the onion to a dark golden color
  • Using a spoon with holes remove the onion from the oil, keep the onion for decoration
  • Place the rice on the oil in the pot, my heart to cover the rice with oil completely
  • Add the cardamom, ginger paste, clove, laurel, salt and water lightly to a strong flame until the rice boils and most of the water is soaked.
  • Saffron and raisins mix on the rice surface, cover the pot and cover the fire and leave the rice for 30-40 minutes until it is cooked.
  • Using the fork my heart is rice and then pour into a serving dish and sprinkle with fried onions.
