Ingredients:
- 6 Tablespoons corn starch.
- 6 Tablespoons sugar.
- 2 Tablespoons qaimar.
- 4 cups milk.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavour.
- 1/4 vanilla powder.
- 2 egg yolks.
preparation:
1/In medium pan combine all ingredients ,stir constantly over heat until mixture boils and thickens.
2/Pour into small glass bowls. Place in the fridge to chill them.
Topping Options:
- chopped pistachio.
- 2 Tablespoons khoshaf.
