Ingredients:
- 10 octopus
- 20 dried chilies
- 10 red onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 slices of sour pieces
- 1 onion - sliced round
- Salt
- Sugar
how to make:
- Chilli pepper and garlic. Stir fry the ingredients with the fire slowly until the chilies are completely crisp.
- Add sugar and stir again until crunchy and oil out. Then insert the squid that has been stained to dry.
- Finally, add salt, sliced and fried so that the squid is dry. Add the onion and cover the fire when the onions are wilted and the chillies are dry again and the oil is broken.
- Ready to serve.
