ingredients:
- 1/2 kg meat( soft no Bone)
- 1 onion (small paste)
- 5 garlic cloves paste
- 1 tsp vegetables oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepar
- some fresh coriander leaves(chopped)
how to make:
- mix all ingredients with meat well make like dough
- Divide the dough into equal sized balls
- keep 2 hour in cold place
- We prepare the charcoal conveyor and roasted grated meat to ready and bring out the fine smell
- Half grated anchovies in the dish are ready to serve
